This is the only course of its kind designed
specifically for you— n’betweeners.

This transformative course will reveal how internalized oppression keeps you hiding in the shadows, not believing in yourself, taking risk. Step into the light with the support of a community of like-minded people, and unlock your potential to live an authentic life.

This transformative course will reveal how internalized oppression keeps you from believing in yourself and seeing your self-worth. Invest in yourself with the support of a community of like-minded people to unlock your potential to live an authentic life.

You are an n’betweener.

Let me tell you about who it’s for.

You live n’between experiences of oppression and privilege, regularly code switching to navigate multiple complex identities, yet still feel misunderstood and alone. You’re ready to invest in your true self, not in who others want you to be.

There is ONE thing that endangers n’betweeners’ wellbeing and mental health.

I am talking about: Internalized Oppression (IO).

When we are subjected to constant oppression, we naturally begin to assume these messages of unworthiness as part of ourselves.

n’between

IS A RIGHT FIT IF YOU’RE…

ANY marginalized person.

You mold yourself into who you think you should be, rather than who you are.

Whether you’re…

→ A Woman of Color who is ready to tear down imposter syndrome and ask for what you need to ensure an authentic life.

→ A Latinx child of immigrants who refuses to abandon your dreams and is committed to reclaiming your language and culture that has been taken from you.

→ A Queer or Trans person who is exhausted from hiding and ready to gain the power to be YOU to your family or workplace.

→ A Multicultural or mixed race polyglot who has been excluded and yearns to belong and is dedicated to taking your life back from those who have silenced your voice.

You are an n’betweener and you’re exactly where you need to be!

By the end of this
course, you will:

Understand the roots of internalized oppression, how it shows up in your life, unconsciously takes your power, and keeps you from expressing who you are at your core.

Transform your deepest pain into your truest purpose by taking up the space you deserve.

Master your unique superpower as an n’betweener, recognizing that even in the midst of systemic oppression, you have more power than you think you do.

Have the courage and gain the tools to invest in yourself, claim what you want, and achieve what you never thought you could

Join a community of n’betweeners who see, support, and reflect your true self.

Find the gift in your complexity of being an n’betweener by creating boundaries and discovering actionable steps to lead a fulfilling life.

Testimonials

  • Kristen Macapagal (she/her)

“Working with Nora has elevated my sense of awareness beyond what I could have imagined.

My relationships with prior therapists were short-lived because I often felt misunderstood and was tired of trying to explain aspects of my experience as a woman of color and daughter of immigrants to predominantly white practitioners who spoke to me clinically rather than as a person.

I have recommended Nora to every friend and acquaintance who identifies as a queer or questioning person, Person of Color, or n’betweener.

I am convinced that I am the most powerful version of myself that I have ever been in my life because of working with Nora”

  • Latise Hairston (she/her)

“I am what Nora calls an n’betweener. I navigate multiple identities at once. I needed someone who could understand my plight, not just from an intellectual level but also from embodiment. After an exhaustive search, I finally came across Nora’s website.

The first words I saw were: “RECLAIM YOUR POWER HERE. You are worthy of being fully seen.“

I knew I was at the right place with the right person.

I have been liberated to leave a job that was not serving my family and me—liberated to start a new relationship, liberated to BE FULLY ME.

Nora has been a gift in my life and an amazing guide in my journey, always holding space for what shows up and what my body needs to express.”

  • Christopher Rachal (he/him)

“Having Nora as a diversity instructor had a profound impact on my life. Seeing and learning from someone with professional and lived experience around the topic allowed me the privilege of being able to develop and deepen my own understanding beyond the typical surface level education I’d received in the past.

As a mixed black cisgender gay man, this was extremely important not only for my education but my personal healing as well.

I believe finding an instructor capable of navigating the discomfort DEI work creates for people of color is rare and, for that reason, I am deeply grateful for Nora’s embodied wisdom and find pleasure and joy in their commitment to creating spaces for communities of color to heal, grow and nurture each other.”

  • Amber Koonce (she/her)

“Nora is the most passionate and empathetic teacher I’ve met.

She not only helped me understand how internalized oppression has held me back, but she’s given me the tools to find my power and my voice. She’s helped me turn pain into strength. Nora is so great at what she does because she knows our lived experience.

Her dedication to providing us with a community and resources is unmatched. She wants to see every marginalized individual live a full life.

She has been one of my biggest supporters and I’m grateful.”
